Refund policy

Refunds & Return Policy - Unfortunately, The Soap Shark does not offer refunds if 7 days have passed from your purchase date.  In order to be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition received, in the original packaging. *Shipping and Handling is not refundable.

Cancellations - Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours after placing your order.
