Return & Refund Policy -
The Soap Shark LLC will only accept new, unused items in original packaging within 4 days of delivery for either a store credit or refund. Items must be returned in same condition as received by you. Shipping costs will not be refunded and please understand there will be a 20% restocking fee.
Please email info@thesoapshark.com with your order number and details of return.
Please note that during summer months products will be shipped out in thermal mailers. Due to the nature of our products we ask that when ordering in hot summer months to bring your packages inside immediately.
PLEASE - IF YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVES MELTED - CONTACT US ON DELIVERY DAY. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES THAT WERE LEFT OUTSIDE IN THE HEAT. We have the ability to verify the date and time your package was marked as delivered by carrier.
